
Data Item: User-Type
Display an interface for searching/selecting a User registered in the same workflow platform in the input form and store the selection result.

Notes
- To input / edit data items, the editing authority in the task must be set to “Editable”
- In the input form, the Operator will specify a User with any of the following methods
- Search for a user. : Candidates will be narrowed down as you type
: Search by User name or registered email address and select
- : The Operator themself is specified
- : Find the target Organization in the Organization Tree and select
- : Clears entered value
- User-type Data Item has the information of User ID (“u” number), registered email address, registered user name
- The Initial value can only be set to [Process Start User]
- [Process Start User]: The user who newly started the Process
- [Process Start User] will not be set in Auto-started Processes
- (There are cases where it is set according to optional settings etc.)
- Can be used in Operator settings to nominate coworkers for specific Tasks
- It works as an email address when embedded into the From or Cc field of a Throwing Message Intermediate Event (email)
- Using the “Questetra Form JavaScript API“, you can also get/assign input field values and register event handlers
