
Overview
The administration of Positions can be done in this screen. The Position is one of the attributes given to a User when they belong to an Organization and has no hierarchical relationship defined between other Positions.
*[User Manager] privilege is required to open this function.

- A User can be specified one Position when belonging to one Organization
- To assign, delete, or change a position to a User, go to the target’s [User Details] in the [User List] or the [Organization Details] of the target organization in the [Organization List]
- Position is a configuration common through a workflow platform
- Apps referring to the Position: Lists the Workflow Apps in which the Position is specified in the App definition
- In addition to [User Manager] Authorization, you need [System Administrator] Authorization to use this function
- The button is not displayed unless you have [System Administrator] Authorization
- Released [Latest] version Apps are the target
- Includes suspended Apps
- In addition to [User Manager] Authorization, you need [System Administrator] Authorization to use this function
- The Position assigned to a User can be used to narrow down the candidates in the following settings
- When an Organization is specified in the Operator settings of the Swimlane/Team Swimlane
- When an Organization is specified when granting System Authorization/App Authorization
- When a User-type Data Item is specified in a Split condition
