Internal System ID Assignment Process 20231128
This is a business process that accepts ID addition/deletion requests for internal systems. Requests are automatically assigned only to staff members who have ID management authority. The requester will be automatically notified when the work is completed.

    • IT department staff (with Questetra BPM Suite user management authority)
Business Flow (Complexity of Workflow: 23)
  • 11-0. Proxy: Application for ID
    • The proxy applicant registers the information of the user to be authorized and the information of the system to which the ID is to be assigned. (For users who do not have an ID in Questetra BPM Suite)
  • 81-0x. Proxy: Reapplication
    • The proxy applicant modifies the information of the user to be authorized and the information of the system to which the ID is to be assigned. (For users who do not have an ID in Questetra BPM Suite)
  • 31-1. Application for ID
    • The applying user registers the information for the system that will grant the ID.
  • 91-1x. Reapply
    • The applying user corrects the information in the system that will grant the ID.
  • 62. Approval
    • The supervisor will approve your application.
  • 133-1. m365 ID assignment
    • A user with Microsoft 365 user management authority in the Information Systems Department will register the ID.
  • 143-2. Slack ID assignment
    • A user with information system department Slack user management authority will register the ID.
  • 153-3. Q ID assignment
    • A user with information system department Questetra BPM Suite user management authority will register the ID.
  • 5x1. Applicant information
    • The workflow platform stores the applicant’s name and email address.
  • 21x2. Set Subject
    • The workflow platform stores the subject.
  • 25x3. Set Subject
    • The workflow platform stores the subject.

      • Organization: IT Department, Role: Staff with ID allocation authority for each system
    • When the number of people authorized to grant IDs increases or decreases, the role of each person is changed (“Role” explanation)
