System Settings – App External Connectivity

Overview

Provides overviews and details of the workflow Apps that are configured for transmission/reception of HTTP communication, reception of emails, and public form in the workflow platform. Also, enables/disables the Case Start triggered by receiving an email, and displays the HTTP connection log for outbound communication.
*Requires [System Administration] privilege.

Notes

  • Records and displays the HTTP connection log for outbound communication from workflow Apps
  • All relevant communications are recorded regardless of the allow/deny setting in “HTTP Destination Filtering”
  • The date range for display can be selected from: Today, Yesterday, This month, Last month (based on the system-wide timezone)
  • The list groups entries by destination host name × allowed/denied, sorted in descending order by count
    • Denied entries are displayed in red
  • Download in CSV format is available (one row per connection, sorted by date descending, up to 10,000 records)
  • Log retention period is 65 days
  • The following communications are recorded:
    • Outbound HTTP requests from automated steps such as Throwing Message Intermediate Event (HTTP)
    • Outbound HTTP requests from start events
    • Select-type data items (retrieval of choice master via URL)
    • HTTP authentication settings (OAuth2 token retrieval)
