Entrusted-Delivery Flow
Manages orders from acceptance to delivery. Item information, etc. is input at the [1. Order Info] Step and the project is started after the [2. Delivery Date Check] Step. The delivery date is automatically registered in Google Calendar. If multiple deals are progressing in parallel, you can list the delivery date of each deal in Google Calendar.

  • 0 1. Order Info The person in charge confirms or enters the order details and delivery date.
  • 4 1x. Correction The person in charge corrects and resubmits.
  • 3 2. Delivery Date Check The development team leader checks the order details and returns any deficiencies.
  • 5 3. Progress/ Completion Report Developers report on the progress and completion of work.
  • 8 4.0 Completion Check Development team leader confirms completion
  • 10 x1. Data Preparation The system generates a string that will be the data to send to the Calendar API.

Notes

  • You need to associate the Swimlane settings according to your organizational structure upon import
  • Immediately after importing, a setting error will occur
    • Make the necessary settings in edit mode

Arrangement Tips

  • Throwing Message Intermediate Event (HTTP) can be substituted with a standard item: Google Calendar: Insert Event
    • By removing the Message Start Event (HTTP), you can use this App on the Advance Edition platform
