System Settings – DKIM

Overview

DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) is a sending domain authentication technology for email. Here, the private key used by the email sender to sign is registered and managed.

Notes

  • If you specify a registered domain as From in [Message Sending Intermediate Event (email)], the outgoing email will be DKIM signed
  • s.questetra.net is registered as default
    • If From is not specified, it will be sent using the default s.questetra.net
  • To add a new DKIM Private Key, click on the [Add Private Key] button to open the input screen

Notes

  • Prepare a pair of public key and private key in advance
    • Private Key format: PKCS#8 PEM (No encryption)
  • Register the public key in the DNS of the specified domain
    • Add TXT record to {selector}._domainkey.{domain}
  • Specify the domain name and selector in [Add DKIM private key] and register the Private Key
    • The ‘domain name’ and ‘selector’ values must be the same as those set in DNS
