Error Screen May Appear When Accessing Questetra Using Auto Login (Fixed)

• Ver. 16.0 and later versions
• Enable Auto Login

Bug Details

• Occurs when the following operation is performed
  • Access https://xxx.questetra.net/Login_show
• What will occur
  • An error screen appears
  • Once the error screen appears, it reappears even when you try to go directly to another screen, such as My Tasks

Workaround/Recovery

• Please use the following method to recover
  • Directly access the logout URL to unable Auto Login
    • https://xxx.questetra.net/j_spring_security_logout
    • https://s.questetra.net/XXXXXXXX/j_spring_security_logout
• Please use one of the following workarounds after recovery
  • Login without Auto Login
    • System Administrator can also disable the Auto-Login feature for the workflow platform ([System Settings] > [Login] > [Auto Login])
  • If you use Auto Login, make sure you go directly to a URL other than https://xxx.questetra.net/Login_show
    (If the bookmarked URL is /Login_show , change the URL)
    • https://xxx.questetra.net/
    • https://s.questetra.net/XXXXXXXX/
• This bug is due to be fixed in the coming version (Ver. 16.0.2)
