This bug has been fixed.
Fixed Version
- Version 11.7
Affected Version and Operation
- Version 10.1 and later
- Process is Terminated/Deleted during communication of [Throwing Message Intermediate Event (HTTP)]
Bug Details
- Occurs in operating
- A Process is terminated/deleted before communication of [Throwing Message Intermediate Event (HTTP)] is completed
- What will occur
- The communication connection is not released and remains
- In Questetra, there is a specification that only two communication connections are established at the same connection destination. If the unnecessary communication connection is not released, the number of available connections decreases and all communication to a specific connection destination fails.
Workaround ・ Recovery
- This bug occurs when Process is Terminated/Deleted by itself using API with [Throwing Message Intermediate Event (HTTP)]
- Do not let a Process self-Terminate/Delete
- If you want self-terminate/delete a Process, use [Script Task] to call [API]
- There is no way to avoid this trouble if communication processing and [termination] or [delete] by a user performed at the same time
This Bug is due to be fixed in the next releasing version
