To Synchronize with G Suite by [Role batch registration]

“Synchronize with G Suite” < [Import Roles] < [Role List] < [System Setting]
(“Role” of Questetra will be synchronized with “group” of G Suite)
What will occur
If there is a group with no members in G Suite, the information retrieval from G Suite fails and the following error message is displayed.
“Authentication failed. API Access may be disabled on your G Suite.”
Workaround ・ Recovery
In the G Suite group, add members to a group with no members
In the G Suite group, remove group with no members
By the error message alone, this problem cannot be distinguished from “authentication error” or “error when API access is not enabled”.
If you can not determine the cause of the error, please contact support.
This bug is scheduled to be fixed at the next release version or one after the next
