Process list is downloaded when using [Download All] on saved search condition list in which only Tasks should be included (Fixed)

  • Executing [Download All] of saved search criteria list (in [Others] menu) that includes Tasks
• What will occur
  • Instead of Tasks list, Processes list is downloaded

Workaround/Recovery

• Please take the following for workaround
  • Do not use [Download All] and download from the search result list screen shown by the Tasks search
  • Download using Workflow API
    • Enter the following URL in your browser (In case of “Excel compatible”)
      • https://{Your-domain}.questetra.net/API/OR/Workitem/listCsvUtf16?reportId={Report ID}&limit=1000&start=0
    • If the number of target records is large, “start” is incremented by 1000 and repeat downloading.
