Bug Details

• Occurs in operating;
  • A Step of sending an HTTP request, such as “Throwing Message Intermediate Event (HTTP)”, is processed
• What will occur
  • Communication timeout error occurs and the Step processing fails

Measures against This Bug

• Adjusted the web server (gateway for external communication)
  • Follow-up is in progress Confirmed that the error rate has returned to the previous level by follow-up for 24 hours or more.
  • Not implemented in Trial mode workflow platform

Workaround/Recovery

• As a countermeasure when communication fails, please consider introducing a “retry mechanism” in the workflow application.
