Bug Details

  • Occurs in operating
    • In [Service Task (Choices Update)], attempt to update the Options Master with the same (no change) contents as before
  • What will occur
    • The token does not proceed and [Service Task (Choices Update)] remains “in process”

Workaround ・ Recovery

  • Recovery/Correspondence
    • [Terrminate] the target Process
    • In case you want to advance the token from [Service Task (Choices Update)], please contact us. (We will correspond individually.)
  • Workaround
    • Prevent the processing from proceeding to the [Service Task (Choices Update)], if there is no change in the contents of the Options Master
  • This bug is scheduled to be fixed in the next releasing version.
