On “Published Form”, User/Organization/Discussion Type Data Item may be Displayed (Fixed)

• For a published form which cna be used by external people ([Receive Task (Form)]/[Message Start Event (Form)], there is a procedure to set Data editing permission as other than “No display” on User/Organization/Discussion type Data Items.

Bug Details

• In the following procedure, the Data editing permission setting of the data type such as User type, etc. are able to be set to “Editable” or “Only display”
  1. Place icon of [Receive Task (Form)], etc.(*) on Workflow diagram.
  2. Add Data Items other than “User/Organization/Discussion/Guide Panel” type. e.g. String type Data Item
  3. At the [Receive Task (Form)], etc. set the Data editing permission on the Data items which have been added at #2 to “Editable” or “Only display”
  4. Change the Data type of the added Data Items to “User/Organization/Discussion/Guide Panel”
• What will occur
  • The case of User/Organization type is set to “Editable”: Selection of User/Organization does not work. User list/Organization list are never displayed to un-logged-in users. However, if it is User type, saved data is displayed.
    • If it is Organization type, even saved data is not displayed
  • The case of User/Organization type is set to “Only display”: saved data is displayed.
  • Discussion type: It works as normal in either case of “Editable” and “Only display”

  • Similar events also occur in “Message Start Event (Form)”, likewise “Receive Task (Form)”
    • However, the User information will not be displayed, since no data is saved in the User type Data Item

Workaround ・ Recovery

• Workaround
  • Please do not change the Data type after adding the Data Item
    • Please add Data Items in the desired Data type from the beginning
  • Please confirm the form in [Preview] in advance, and confirm that the User/Organization/Discussion type Data Item is not displayed
• Recovery
  • If the User/Organization/Discussion type Data Item is already displayed, delete the target Data Item once and add the Data Item of the same Data type again
    (Do the same even if the App has been released.)
• This Bug is due to be fixed in the next releasing version
