In the environment of a specific customer using the Business Plan (paid version), a situation where the load was higher than normal was detected around 10:53 on the day. Errors occurred in some requests (less than 1%) since around 15:00, and “Questetra BPM Suite” became not usable at all around 18:03.
Cause of Trouble
Performance degradation due to application server memory pressure
Recovery by restarting the application server. At the same time, changed the memory allocation.
