What Occurred

In the environment of a specific customer using the Business Plan (paid version), a situation where the load was higher than normal was detected around 01:53 [UTC] on the day. Errors occurred in some requests (less than 1%) since around 06:00 [UTC], and “Questetra BPM Suite” became not usable at all around 09:03 [UTC].

Cause of Trouble

Performance degradation due to application server memory pressure

Reaction

Recovery by restarting the application server. At the same time, changed the memory allocation.
