Some of the customers of Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition could not login the service during the period of between 18:03 and 18:26 on the 1st of October, for the occurrence of access trouble. We deeply apologize to the customers for your inconvenience.

What Occurred

In the environment of a specific customer using the Business Plan (paid version), a situation where the load was higher than normal was detected around 10:53 on the day. Errors occurred in some requests (less than 1%) since around 15:00, and “Questetra BPM Suite” became not usable at all around 18:03.

Cause of Trouble

Performance degradation due to application server memory pressure

Reaction

Recovery by restarting the application server. At the same time, changed the memory allocation.
