During the period between 00:49 and 01:10 on the 15th of June 2020 [UTC] some customers of Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition had trouble using the service due to an access problem. We deeply apologize to our customers for the inconvenience.

What Occurred

On the Workflow platforms of some customers using the Business Plan (paid version), the memory usage became tight at around 0:49, which caused these customers to have trouble using Questetra BPM Suite.

Performance degradation due to application server memory strain


Recovery by restarting the server process
