What Occurred

A server load increase was observed in the environment of a specific customer using the Business Plan (paid version) at about 04:20. Since it was found that a specific Process (Task search) was occupying server resources and was predicted that it would result in a total access failure if left as it was, so we restarted the application as a precautionary measure. There was an access stoppage for 1 minute during the operation.
