What Occurred

  • Some customers in Japan who have paid for the application can no longer connect to URLs beginning with the https://s.questetra.net/XXXXXXXX/ format via HTTP.
    • Example 1: HTTP connections between Workflow Apps, etc. fail in workflow infrastructure where URLs begin with the https://s.questetra.net/XXXXXXXX/ format.
    • Example 2: HTTP connection error when trying to send an HTTP request from a Message Start Event (HTTP) or Questetra REST API whose URL starts with https://s.questetra.net/XXXXXXXX/ from a [Throwing Message Intermediate Event (HTTP)] or [Script Task]. HTTP connection error occurs when attempting to send an HTTP request from [Throwing Message Intermediate Event (HTTP)]

Due to an error in the server configuration applied during planned maintenance work performed on December 12
