Application Approval Flow, Web Form 20211130
This approval flow accepts applications from people who do not have a login account. Applications are accepted via a public web form. In case of a return, the URL of the web form for corrections will be sent.
Worker (#of Swimlane: 3)
  • Applicant
    • The person making the application. (outside the “user” in the workflow infrastructure)
  • Confirmer
    • Person in charge of confirming application details.
  • Supervisor
    • The supervisor who approves the application.
Business Flow (Complexity of Workflow: 20)
  • 31. Confirm
    • Check the application details. If there are any deficiencies, we will send it back.
  • 142. Approve
    • If the person confirming the application requests a supervisor to approve the application, it will be referred to the supervisor.
  • 27Support for Returns
    • The workflow platform will display a correction form in case of a return.
  • 35x1. Record of submission time
    • The workflow platform records the time the application was submitted.
  • 31x2. Record of withdrawal
    • The workflow platform overwrites the Status (select-type) data item and displays “Withdrawn”.
  • 8x3a. Record of approval
    • The workflow platform overwrites the Status (select-type) data item and displays “Approved”.
  • 17x3b. Record of approval
    • The workflow platform overwrites the Status (select-type) data item and displays “Approved”.
