Workplace Registration Process 20220426
This workflow allows employees to register their work locations. Employees register their office and telecommute work locations on a daily basis. Employees are automatically grouped (registered to roles) by work location. The role that matches the work location is used for work assignment.

    • The workflow platform removes the applicant from the telecommuting role.

    • The workflow platform automatically sets the subject, etc.

Notes

  • You need to associate the Swimlane settings according to your organizational structure upon import
  • Auto step [Questetra Role Membership Delete]
    • Contents posted on the support website (https://support.questetra.com/addons/questetra-rolemembership-delete/)
    • A change has been made so that if the user with the specified email address does not exist in the target role, an error will not occur.
      • When executing “API/UGA/RoleMembership/delete”, status code: “400”,
        Error code: “RoleMembershipDoesNotExists (20021)” is not treated as an error.
  • Automatic forced termination of the “1. Application for work schedule” step
    • The process will be forcibly terminated after 4 hours (240 minutes), assuming a vacation etc.
