Notes

• The choice master will be registered or updated using the contents of the Select-type data item specified in [Select data item whose choices will be saved]
  • For the target Select-type data item, set [Type of data source] to either [Get choice list via HTTP] or [String-type data item]
• The number of characters for Choice ID/Display label is limited to 1000 respectively
• The number of Choices that can be registered is limited to 150,000
• In [Type of Add-on to be updated], specify the destination where the choice master will be saved to App-Shared Add-on, or App-Specific Add-on
  • When selecting [Choice Master (App-Shared Add-on)]:
    • The user configuring this setting must have System Administrator privileges
    • The choice master will be saved and registered under [System Settings] > [App-Shared Add-on] > [Master file of Select type data item]
    • The registered choice master can be referenced by all apps within the same workflow platform
      • M319: Register an Options-XML file to which the Process Model Definitions Refer
  • When selecting [Choice Master (Add-on)]:
    • The user configuring this setting must have App Administrator privileges for the target app
    • The choice master will be saved and registered under App Details > [App] > [Manage Add-ons] > [Master file of Select type data item]
    • The registered choice master can be referenced only by the app in which it is registered
    • If the app is archived, the choice master is included in the archive package
      • Information Contained in App Archive (QAR)
• The choice master file specified in [Name when saving as add-on] will be the target
  • If a file with the specified name does not exist, a new file will be created and registered
  • If a file with the specified name already exists, its contents will be overwritten
